At Glade Optics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your goggles or helmet don't meet your expectations on the slopes, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
- 3.Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective films are intact, and securely seal the box.
- 4.Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
